By downloading or using OZ IPTV Player (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Nature of the service
The App is a software media player only. It does not provide, host, sell, or distribute television channels, films, or other audiovisual content. You are solely responsible for any playlists, subscriptions, or servers you connect to.
Lawful use
You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and broadcasting rules. You must have the right to access any content you play through the App.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or stream source.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or third-party services you access through it, including loss of data or content disputes with providers.
Third-party services & ads
The App may use third-party APIs (for example metadata) and advertising networks as described in our Privacy Policy. Those providers have their own terms and policies.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
